Return requests

To Submit a Return Request

Please review our Return Policy before submitting a request.

  1. Click the profile icon from the store's menu to log into customer account.
  2. Log in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    • Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  3. Click "Request Return" for the order you want to submit a return for.
  4. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click "Request Return".

Once the return request is submitted and return reason aligns with our Return Policy, we will review the details.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
