No, we do not have a physical shop yet. But you can feel free to reach out to us for scheduling FaceTime / WhatsApp calls. Please email us to schedule your appointments. You can find the details in our Contact Details Page.

Can I pick up my order?

Is there any guarantee/warranty for my products?
No. There is no explicit guarantee / warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewelry to you.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer any return or exchange. Please check our Return and Exchange Policies.

Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving confirmed payments. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping 8 to 10 Business Days
  • Express Shipping   2 to 4   Business Days
  • Priority Shipping    1 to 2   Business Days (Order by 12 PM for same day shipping)

Canada

Standard Shipping to Canada is FREE for all orders over $100/- CAD. Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $25/- CAD. Standard shipping for orders under $100 CAD is a flat rate of $9.95/- CAD

USA

Standard Shipping to the continental U.S is FREE for all orders over $110/- USD. Standard shipping for orders under $110 USD is a flat rate of $25/- USD. Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $40/- USD. 

International 

FREE for all orders over $300/- CAD. For orders under $300/- CAD shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight at checkout. We use DHL, UPS and FedEx service to ship all our international orders.

Customs & Duties for US & International Orders

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any damage claims, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process, from the initial opening of the package to the discovery of the issue, without any cuts or edits.

  • This helps us ensure transparency and fairness in handling your claim.

Return Shipping Policy

We will provide a return shipping label only if the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent or a defective product).

  • Once the return label is issued, the product must be shipped back within 48 hours.

Refunds & Replacements

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe regarding the status of your claim.
If approved:

  • A replacement will be sent (subject to availability), or

  • If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued, valid for 3 months.

Non-Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange

 We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons:

  • The product does not suit the customer’s preference.
  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The order was placed by mistake.
  • Delays caused by courier services.
  • The order arrived after the event or occasion date.
  • The size of the jewelry does not meet your expectations.
  • Minor color and design variations may occur from piece to piece. Since each item is handcrafted and made with natural stones, slight differences from the product photos on our website are to be expected.
  • Slight variations in color tone due to photographic lighting or screen settings. For clarity regarding color, quality, or size, please contact our team before placing your order.

Additional Notes:

  • In some cases, earring stems may be intentionally bent to prevent breakage during transit. This is not considered transit damage.
  • Minor issues such as beads or stones falling off during transit can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Items are thoroughly checked for any defects before being shipped. If there are any issues with the items in your order, please contact us at info@elastories.com or request a return from customer account page within 24 hours of delivery timestamp. After 24 hours we cannot investigate the issue.
