No. There is no explicit guarantee / warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewelry to you.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving confirmed payments. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping to Canada is FREE for all orders over $100/- CAD. Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $25/- CAD. Standard shipping for orders under $100 CAD is a flat rate of $9.95/- CAD
USA
Standard Shipping to the continental U.S is FREE for all orders over $110/- USD. Standard shipping for orders under $110 USD is a flat rate of $25/- USD. Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $40/- USD.
International
FREE for all orders over $300/- CAD. For orders under $300/- CAD shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight at checkout. We use DHL, UPS and FedEx service to ship all our international orders.
Customs & Duties for US & International Orders
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We kindly request that you inspect your order within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
To process any damage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly capture the entire unboxing process from the opening of the package, without any cuts or edits.
We will provide a return shipping label only if the issue is on our end (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). The returned product must be shipped back within 48 hours from the time you receive the return shipping label.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.
